Revise: Processing and Presenting EvidenceA histogram groups numerical measurements into adjoining intervals. For equal-width intervals, plot frequency vertically and the measurement intervals horizontally, with touching bars. Suppose pebble lengths are grouped into 0–10, 10–20 and 20–30 mm intervals, with a clear rule allocating boundary values to only one class.

Keep equal gaps between ordinary bars, but make histogram bars touch. This lesson requires histograms with equal class intervals.
