Explain how accuracy is achieved rather than simply calling milling ‘accurate’: secure clamping prevents movement, and a depth stop limits cutting depth.
For a depth stop, explain both setting the tool’s travel and checking the first component. Repeating an incorrect setting would produce a whole batch of faulty parts.
