Revise: Forms of WorshipIndividual worship takes place when a Christian worships alone. It may involve prayer, reading and reflecting on a Bible passage, or meditation on God’s presence and will. Some Christians use prayer books, Catholic rosary beads or Orthodox icons to help them focus.
Distinguish the order of a service from the wording of a prayer: individual worship can include set prayers, and group worship can include informal prayers.
