Revise: Estimating probabilities from collected dataEach egg examined is one trial, and its result is an outcome. The event we are interested in is ‘the egg has two yolks’. An outcome belonging to that event is sometimes called a successful outcome: ‘successful’ simply means that it matches the event being counted.
