They could randomly choose a starting position from the first five names, then select every fifth name.

Systematic sampling selects every nth member of a sampling frame. For example, to select 100 pupils from a register of 500, the researcher chooses a random starting position between 1 and 5, then takes every fifth name. If the starting position is 3, the selection begins with positions 3, 8, 13 and 18.
