Power requires both strength and speed. Strength alone is not a complete definition.
Static strength does not mean the muscles are inactive: they exert force without producing movement.
Do not treat a handgrip score as a measurement of every muscle's strength, or a sit-and-reach score as a measurement of flexibility at every joint.
