Revise: Diet and nutritionIf this water is not adequately replaced, dehydration develops. It can cause tiredness, headaches and reduced concentration, affecting both physical and mental performance. A netball player, for instance, may struggle to maintain their work rate and make accurate decisions as dehydration worsens.
