Sensory descriptor

Use precise sensory descriptors to identify both strengths and changes needed. Instead of ‘the sauce is nice’, say ‘the sauce is smooth, with a mild garlic flavour’. Instead of ‘the pastry is bad’, say ‘the pastry base is soft rather than crisp’.
