Line bending

For line bending, mark the bend position on acrylic sheet and place that line over a strip heater. Allow the material to soften through its thickness; thicker sheet may need heating from both sides. Bend it to the required angle, using a jig or former for accuracy, and hold it until it has cooled and set.
