Revise: Evaluating Data QualityAccuracy can only be judged when there is a true value, accepted value or suitable standard for comparison. If no reference is available, closely grouped results justify a statement about precision—not accuracy.
Do not claim that closely grouped results are accurate. They may all be displaced from the true value by a systematic error.
