Revise: Pictorial data representationA pictogram uses repeated pictures or symbols to represent frequencies. Its key states how many observations one full symbol represents. This lets a small number of symbols stand for a larger number of observations.
Read a pictogram’s key before counting. A half or quarter symbol represents that fraction of the full symbol’s value.
