Revise: Violence and ProtestRighteous anger is anger at injustice, not a desire for personal revenge. Christians may point to Jesus overturning the traders’ tables in the Jerusalem Temple as an example of confronting wrongdoing in a place of worship. Some interpret this as showing that forceful action against injustice can sometimes be justified.
