Revise: Attitudes to Prejudice and DiscriminationThe Holocaust, 1933–1945, was the state-sponsored persecution and murder of six million European Jews by Nazi Germany and its collaborators. It demonstrates the devastating consequences of prejudice supported by discriminatory laws, propaganda and state violence. Jewish experiences of persecution give particular significance to opposing hatred and protecting vulnerable people.
