Revise: Articles of Faith and RootsAdalat — divine justice.** Allah is just and wise and cannot do wrong. People are responsible for their good and bad actions, and Allah judges them justly.
The justice of Allah: God always acts fairly and rightly. It is one of the Five Roots of faith in Shi’a Islam.
Adalat is a distinct root of faith in Shi’a Islam, but Sunni Muslims also believe that Allah is just. Do not confuse a difference in how beliefs are organised with disagreement about whether God is just.
Explain the Sunni–Shi'a distinction accurately: both believe Allah is just, but Adalat is specifically one of the Five Roots of Shi'a Islam.
