Revise: Forces Between ChargesIf two similarly charged balloons are free to move, for example, this repulsion can make them separate.
Do not claim that attraction proves two objects have opposite charges: a charged object can also attract a neutral object. Repulsion, however, shows that both objects are charged with the same sign.
State the direction clearly: attraction acts towards the other object; repulsion acts away from it.
