Paper 2
Revise: Fieldwork Skills for River InvestigationsFor the channel-width question, the two variables are distance downstream and channel width. Measuring width with a tape measure at several locations provides evidence for whether width increases, decreases or shows no clear pattern. Describing just one site would not answer a question about downstream change.
