Revise: LIDC Development HistoryThe Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) were eight international goals adopted in 2000 with a deadline of 2015. Many targets measured change from a 1990 baseline. They allow us to judge development through poverty, schooling and health outcomes rather than economic growth alone.
For Millennium Development Goals, judge achievement against the relevant target and its deadline, not simply whether conditions improved.
