Food processor

A food processor can perform several preparation tasks because its attachments produce different actions. A chopping blade can make breadcrumbs or chop nuts; a grating attachment can grate vegetables; a slicing attachment can slice ingredients. A processor can also mix pastry ingredients or prepare dips such as hummus.
