Revise: Act 1Act 1 ends with the antagonist seeking a way to spoil the happiness that Don Pedro is trying to create. The act has established two possible romances, mistaken information and purposeful hostility. It also distinguishes three uses of words: playful insults, sincere persuasion and destructive plotting.
