Printing by pressing ink through the open areas of a stencilled mesh onto a surface.
Revise: Manufacturing ProcessesIn screen printing, a stencil blocks selected areas of a mesh. A squeegee presses ink across the screen: ink passes through the open areas onto the paper or card underneath, while the blocked areas remain unprinted.
