Revise: Pulleys and BeltsRotational speed is usually expressed in revolutions per minute (rpm).
Use the same units for both pulley diameters. Velocity ratio has no unit; rotational speeds are usually given in rpm.
Check the result: a larger driven gear should turn more slowly than its driver. Give rotational speed in rpm.
In a compound train, gears fixed to the same shaft have the same rpm, even if they have different numbers of teeth.
