Revise: Smart Fabrics and Technical TextilesPhoto-chromic textiles contain dyes that change colour when exposed to ultraviolet (UV) radiation. These dyes can be incorporated into the fibres or applied to the garment. A printed design could therefore change colour when the wearer goes into sunlight.
