Revise: Textile Shaping TechniquesA dart is a stitched fold that tapers to a point. Mark the dart, fold the fabric so that the marked sides align, then stitch towards the point. Taking in fabric at one end while leaving room beyond the point changes a flat panel into a three-dimensional form.
