Do not say that increasing light intensity or carbon dioxide concentration always increases the rate. At high values, the graph may level off because that factor is no longer controlling the rate.
Compare curves at the same value on the x-axis. If a higher temperature or carbon dioxide concentration gives a higher rate there, the changed factor was limiting.
