• Analyze case studies of two contrasting natural weather hazard events arising from extreme weather conditions (one UK-based and one non-UK based). • Ensure case studies cover flash flooding or tropical storms, and heat waves or drought. • Examine the place-specific causes for each chosen hazard event, including the extreme weather conditions which led to the event. • Evaluate the consequences of and responses to each chosen hazard event.
