The angel who will blow the trumpet to announce the Day of Resurrection.
Used by Eduqas
Paper 3
Revise: AngelsIsrafil will blow the trumpet to announce the Day of Resurrection, when the dead will be raised for judgement. His role connects angels with the completion of earthly life and human accountability before Allah.
For a question about significance, explain why the role matters: Jibril brings guidance, Mika'il sustains life, and Israfil announces resurrection and accountability.
Keep the angels' roles distinct: Israfil blows the trumpet; the Angel of Death takes souls at death.
