Worship in which family members participate together, helping them share and develop their faith.
Family worship gives parents and children opportunities to pray, hear Christian teaching and celebrate their faith together. Worship can strengthen a family's sense of shared values while connecting it with a wider community. Family-friendly services help children participate rather than feel that church is only for adults.

In family worship, parents and children pray and worship together. Children learn not just by hearing explanations, but by watching and joining in. For example, seeing adults pray can help them understand that prayer is part of Christian life, while witnessing the Eucharist introduces them to an important Christian practice.
