A microphone in which sound moves a coil through a magnetic field, inducing an electrical signal.

Revise: Microphones and speakersA dynamic microphone does this using electromagnetic induction. Its main working parts are a thin diaphragm, a coil of wire attached to the diaphragm and a permanent magnet that provides a magnetic field.
For a dynamic microphone, write about electromagnetic induction: the coil moves through a magnetic field and an alternating potential difference is induced. Do not describe this as the motor effect.
