Revise: Performer pros and cons of PEDsSome performers believe that their opponents are taking PEDs. They may therefore argue that taking drugs themselves would create a level playing field, removing what they perceive as a disadvantage.
Describe a level playing field as the performer's perceived justification, not proof that opponents are doping or that PED use is fair.
