When dividing by a fraction, take the reciprocal of the divisor—the second fraction—not the first.
When dividing by a decimal, multiply both the dividend and divisor by the same power of 10 so that the divisor becomes a whole number.
If the divisor is a decimal, multiply both numbers by the same power of 10. Moving the decimal point in only one number changes the answer.
