Revise: Causes of Climate ChangeSulphur dioxide can form tiny sulphate aerosol droplets that reflect some sunlight back into space. Less solar energy reaches the surface, producing temporary cooling.
For volcanic cooling, explain the role of sulphur dioxide and aerosols. Ash usually falls out too quickly to produce long-lasting global cooling.
