Revise: Fats and Oils PropertiesFats and oils are made from molecules called triglycerides, containing fatty acids. We usually describe a fat as solid and an oil as liquid at room temperature. Their physical state matters: a soft, solid fat can be rubbed into flour or beaten with sugar, whereas a liquid oil behaves differently.
