Revise: Using the GrillGrilling cooks food using strong, dry heat, usually from above or below. On a cooker, food is commonly placed beneath a heated grill element. Unlike boiling, grilling does not surround the food with water: the exposed surface heats and browns quickly, developing flavour and often a crisp exterior.
