Feature film

The Eduqas timeline identifies 1895–1927 as the period in which silent cinema developed from early short films to full-length feature films. A feature film could sustain a much longer narrative, with developed characters, conflicts and changes in relationships. By the 1910s, films lasting 90 minutes or more were becoming established.
