Rural poverty

Enid's account makes rural poverty concrete. “We shower in waterfall” in Scene 4 describes a necessity, not a holiday experience. Viv finds the idea attractive, showing how the same detail can mean adventure to someone with basic comforts and deprivation to someone who lacked them.
