Revise: Primary and secondary data analysisPrimary data is first-hand information collected for the investigation. Interviewing users, observing them, testing a prototype and measuring their hands can all produce primary data. Its main strength is that it can address the particular design problem directly, although collecting it takes time and a small or unsuitable sample may give misleading results.
