Revise: Cutting and Shaping ProcessesFabric shears are large, sharp scissors operated manually. The operator follows the required outline, controlling the direction and length of each cut. They can cut natural or synthetic fabrics and are useful when making individual garment pieces, prototypes or bespoke costumes.
