Revise: Sources and Geographical OriginsBauxite is particularly important to distinguish from the finished metal. A mine supplies bauxite; processing that ore produces aluminium. Therefore, the USA, France and Australia are the named origins of the bauxite, rather than necessarily the locations where an aluminium product is manufactured.
