Revise: Everyday lifeThe Uluburun shipwreck, off southern Turkey, provides a concrete example of the wider Bronze Age exchange network. Its cargo included copper ingots probably from Cyprus, tin, glass ingots probably from the Syro-Palestinian coast, pottery and luxury materials such as ivory and Egyptian ebony. Copper and tin were especially significant because they were the materials used to make bronze.
