Revise: Sustainability and Finite ResourcesA natural resource is obtained from the Earth, oceans or atmosphere. Examples include crude oil, metal ores, water, air and timber. This does not mean that each resource is ready to use when it is collected.
Do not claim that a synthetic product is independent of natural resources. Its raw materials and manufacturing energy ultimately come from natural resources.
