Revise: Hazard SymbolsIn Great Britain, chemical hazard pictograms are generally black images on a white background with a red diamond-shaped border. A chemical may carry more than one pictogram because it may present several dangers. The pictogram is a warning, not a complete set of instructions: read the whole label and follow the laboratory procedure and the teacher’s instructions.
