Revise: Carbon Footprint ReductionA carbon footprint is the total amount of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases emitted over the full life cycle of a product, service or event. Despite the word carbon, it therefore includes greenhouse gases other than carbon dioxide, particularly methane.
Do not consider only the use of a product. Its footprint covers its full life cycle, including production and disposal.
