Group activity

In a group activity, several applicants complete a task together while assessors observe their performance. Activities can include practical tasks, case studies or group discussions, and may form part of an assessment centre. They allow employers to observe communication, teamwork and leadership rather than relying only on candidates’ descriptions of these qualities.
