Revise: Tissue CultureRemove a small piece of its tissue, called an explant. Place it on a sterile nutrient medium, often nutrient agar, and add suitable plant growth hormones. Keep the culture under controlled conditions.
For the process, follow the explant from a chosen parent plant through sterile nutrient medium, cell division and plantlet growth.
