Revise: Inherited DisordersEmbryo screening tests genetic material to find out whether an embryo has particular alleles or a genetic condition. For embryos produced by IVF, a cell can be removed and analysed before an embryo is implanted into the womb. Genetic material can also be collected and tested during pregnancy.
When evaluating embryo screening, use the information given, consider arguments on both sides and finish with a justified judgement. Explain why each point matters rather than merely listing advantages and disadvantages.
