Revise: Sample size and reliabilityA sample is a selection from that group, and its sample size is the number of members selected.
When explaining how to improve reliability, suggest increasing the sample size and explain that this reduces the influence of chance variation.
Do not confuse increasing the sample size with repeating the study. Replication checks whether similar results are obtained again.
Check the sampling method as well as the sample size: a large biased sample can still give misleading conclusions.
