Revise: Mitigating enquiry issuesA proactive strategy is an action planned or taken before a problem occurs, to prevent it or reduce its effects. For example, testing a questionnaire before distributing it can reveal confusing questions while there is still time to change them. This is more useful than discovering the problem after most responses have been collected.
