Revise: ZakahThe sayyids' share: half is reserved for eligible sayyids—descendants of Hashim, Muhammad's great-grandfather. Recipients must be Twelver Shi'a and include poor sayyids, poor orphaned sayyids and sayyids stranded on a journey. A stranded recipient may qualify even if they are not poor at home.
For Khums on earnings, explain that 20% applies to the annual surplus after allowable business and living expenses, not automatically to all income. Its poor-relief half is specifically for eligible sayyids, not any poor person.
