Revise: Exploitation of the PoorThe National Living Wage is the legal minimum for workers aged 21 and over. Despite its name, it is different from the real Living Wage, which employers choose to pay voluntarily and which is independently calculated using living costs such as rent, food and bills. There is a higher real Living Wage for London because living costs are higher there.
