Revise: Four Paths Towards YogaThe Bhagavad Gita describes the faithful person who thinks of Krishna and offers him loving service as ‘the most intimately united with Me in yoga’ (6.44–47). This teaching gives a religious reason for regarding devotion as especially valuable: union with the divine is connected with faith and love, not simply intellectual achievement.
